Consulting Services
Consulting services to evaluate your shop's present state and help cater a growth plan to optimize your daily operations. We can focus on one department or develop a comprehensive plan to increase efficiency in the entire shop.
3 Day Evaluation
Day one will involve management interviews, present state processes, P&L analysis and discussing goals for the future of the shop. The remainder of the day will be spent with front end staff, estimators, CSR and production managers.
Day two is dedicated to daily operation of the shop, with hands on time spent with the technicians, paint shop and clean up crew. We will assess the entire status of the shop from an objective point of view.
Day 3 will be spent discussing the findings of our visit, the ways to move forward and some basic techniques to begin achieving your goals. After the presentation, there will be time for questions and answers before wrap up. A report with recommendations will be given during day 3.
Full Consulting Partnership
With a full partnership, we offer a more comprehensive analysis of your shop, usually taking 4-5 days, including a 8 week installation plan for new procedures, during which we will be available for an hour per day to answer questions and offer advice for overcoming any obstacles presented by owners, employees or customers.
Our standard plans will revamp procedures from the front of the shop to the back, starting with personalizing & introducing new standard operating procedures. Our order of attack is Management techniques, Customer relationship building, CSR & Estimator performance, Parts opportunities and best practices, Production optimization, Bodyshop procedures & flow, Paintshop Effeciency, Quality Control & Cleanup, and finally maximizing profit.
